MINDFULNESS FREE ONLINE WORKSHOP
Weekly at 6pm from Monday 15th January on Zoom
Join us for a 3 week workshop where we will explore the seven key attitudes, examples of mindfulness practices, tiredness vs. fatigue and much more! Led by our very own community engagement lead, Nida Mahfooz, who has a background in Psychology and Clinical Cognitive Neuroscience. She will be equipping you with practical tips and helpful resources to help you develop more mindful practices and sustainable positive habits in your own life. There will be group discussions and opportunities to ask questions in a safe environment.
